GUIDE
They guide
Into a pit
White darkness
-Mx
A place where I share my thoughts and of those who silently whisper theirs into my ears! Most of the following works are right out of enchanted dreams materialised by me for the world to enjoy...
Against stone cold
Skin bruised blue
Cold knife cuts
Blood stagnant cold
Can't even flow
Denied protest
Limp lifeless livid
Lies lulled in mockery
Freedom such lie
Ash white flag
Ashen in anger
Of fire not lit
Gory ghosts shudder
Such painless cold misery
Death of death
Death of death:
"Before" death, denied
Denied "after" death
-Mx
This poem describes the scene of a postmortem and speaks of how there is no respite even after death.(death of death) (death postmortem: death after death)
Also, it tries to metaphorically comment upon the limitations of society and hypocrisies of law/society/rules and how they render people helpless...
SOME SUMMER
O! Sweet child of this summer fair
Come winters and you shall be lost in despair
For never one preaches that they follow
All knowledge is fake and wisdom hollow
Lest you know the days from days
You wouldn't know what leaves, what stays
But when the test of time does teach
Sharps stab, it's hands, it does not preach.
Tick, and you walk on green green grass
Tock, and you've fallen flat, alas!
Sweet child, sweet, in your sweet sweet world
There is sweet love and a free free bird
But your imagination alone shall cage you
The stronger now, the more it shall enrage you
'Cause the ways of world, the blind men see.
Free men only fall. They cage birds free.
Some summer this summer of tranquil trance
A fairytale promising, of a moonlit dance.

Have you ever felt that you were thoughtlessly blamed for something while you know in your heart that your intentions were pure?
Here is a poem where one such victim speaks out for himself. He explains that pain my be discomforting but all it wants is to point out that there is a wound somewhere that demands attention!
A fake friend or a hypocrite does more harm behind the sugar coated veil, just like eliminating pain can harm more as the disease 'grows' unchecked.
The poem highlights the need to be straightforward and truthful but more importantly, that of being strong enough to face criticism with a smile.
